Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all certificates, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Please contact us for approval before returning an item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Coins removed from sealed packaging.
- Items that have been cleaned, altered, damaged, or mishandled.
- Personalized, final-sale, or clearance products.
- Items missing their original packaging or documentation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact American Roots Coin within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number, photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by American Roots Coin.
Return Shipping
American Roots Coin covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on other approved returns.
Please use a trackable and insured shipping service.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
